Method of sale: Tract 1 will be offered at 10:30 A.M. and Tract 2 will be offered at 1:30 P.M. both at the site of each individual farm.
Taxes: According to the Sioux County Treasurer, the current Real Estate Taxes on Tract 1 are $2,334.00 and Tract 2 are $1,524.00 per year. Seller will pay the 2017 taxes which are due and payable in March and Sept of 2018 and all prior taxes.
Possession: Possession will be given on March 1, 2018.
