General description: According to the recent survey, this property contains 120.76 gross acres. According to Sioux County FSA, this farm contains approximately 117  tillable acres with the balance in road/ditch and waterway. (Note: FSA will do a recon with the new buyer after purchase). This farm has a corn base and soybean base combined with adjoining farm with a PLC yield of 186 bu. on corn and PLC yield of 55 bu. on soybeans.  This farm is in the ARC County Farm Program. This farm has road on two sides. This farm is classified as non-highly erodible.
